King Kong has a weak heart and for ten years has been kept alive by Dr. Amy Franklin (Linda Hamilton). An enormous female gorilla is discovered in the jungle and is given to Amy, who now has the right blood to attempt the impossible: to give King Kong an artificial heart. Awaking from the operation, King Kong is aware of the female gorilla.
